Then I won't make the same mistake I did with the FOTR DVD and buy the first one that is released in stores, maybe around Christmas time it will be the "extended features" or something. Wish there was more time spent on the monsters in the movie. Happy belated B-day too, Leegeta!
Borrowed the movie from my bro in law and watched it on a plane during last trip - pretty disappointed in entire movie, did not even get to the end (flight over before movie and had no desire to finish watching)...maybe not knowing the video game was my problem.?!

I was really disappointed with the movie. I thought it wasn't much like the games...in the games, you solve puzzles and run around kiling monsters. In the movie, the woman just runs away from everything screaming and crying. To me, the movie just didn't capture the feeling of the games other than visually.
Saw the movie...have a mixed feeling....
The ending smells like a sequel...
